Accommodation
We work closely with an accommodation company that is happy to provide tenancies to clients with learning disabilities. Care is taken to make sure that all our supported living accommodation is suitable, clean and safe.
Care
Every client is allocated an agreed number of care hours each week. During these sessions clients are encouraged to broaden their horizons and participate in education, social activities and employment.
Support
The aim of supported living is to promote independence, self esteem and individuality. Not easy when faced with some of the problems our clients endure, which is why our specialists are always at hand to provide support.
Nelson Park Care can arrange shared accommodation that enables clients to participate fully in the community in the knowledge that help is at hand should it be required.
